1. The email used for login should essentially be the email of the agency/NGO and not of the individual.

2. The email entered once will be used for all future purposes (including submission of proposals) and cannot be changed at the later stage.

Advisory: Beware of Fraudulent CSR Claims

ONGC does not authorize any individual or agency to solicit money, commissions, or favors for CSR proposals. All CSR initiatives are dealt with directly by ONGC. Report any such fraudulent approach immediately.

It has come to the notice of ONGC that certain unscrupulous individuals and entities are approaching beneficiary organizations and implementing agencies, falsely claiming that CSR funds from ONGC can be facilitated in exchange for commissions, fees, or other forms of economic gratification.

Such fraudulent practices need to be nipped in the bud. ONGC hereby clarifies the following:

All CSR initiatives of ONGC are undertaken with beneficiary organizations, either directly or through registered implementing agencies, strictly in accordance with ONGC’s CSR Policy (published on the ONGC corporate website) and applicable statutory guidelines.
Implementing agencies and stakeholders are strictly advised not to entertain or fall prey to any such demands from persons misrepresenting themselves in the name of ONGC.
Any approach seeking monetary or other gratification in connection with ONGC’s CSR activities should be treated as fraudulent and immediately reported.

1. Financial assistance under CSR projects shall be released only upon submission of Fund Utilization Certificate (FUC) of the previous instalment(s) with valid UDIN as per the ICAI format [refer annexure to the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed between implementing agency and ONGC].
2. UDIN text must include “Amount received from ONGC” and “Amount utilized by the implementing agency” as given in the FUC. Agency is responsible for the accuracy of the figures in the FUC and the UDIN.
3. “Amount received” in the FUC/UDIN text must include the amount deducted as TDS by ONGC.
4. “Amount utilized” must be equal to or greater than the “Amount received”.
5. In case of any errors, modifications in the FUC are allowed only within stipulated time as per ICAI guidelines. After the expiry of stipulated time, previously generated UDIN becomes invalid and fresh UDIN must be generated for modified FUC.
